General Information
Dimaggio is a modern Hanoverian with three outstanding paces.
Dimaggio passed his performance test in 1999 in Neustadt/Dosse with a total score of 133.39 (2nd place) and a score of 10.0 for 'rideability', before being highly placed at the Young Horse Championships.
Dimaggio was then moved to England where he immediately became Champion of Young Dressage Horses. In 2000 in Holland he became World Champion of 5 year old dressage horses. In 2002 and 2003 Dimaggio won, and was placed, in numerous dressage competitions up to Intermediare I level.
Dimaggio's sire, Don Primero, was the 1990 Young Horse Champion of German dressage horses and highly successful in international Grand Prix. His dam's sire, World Cup I, won his stallion performance test, became the DLG Reserve Champion Stallion twice, was Hanoverian Stallion of the Year in 1997 and produced numerous well-known dressage horses.
Two of Dimaggio's half siblings won at the 2003 Young Horse Championship - Dynamico in the class for 5 year old dressage horses and Devil's Bride in the class for 3 year old riding horses.
During his breeding time in England Dimaggio produced the 2003 British Warmblood Champion and the British Sport Horse Champion.
